Job Description:

Candidates should handle Inbound International Calls from customers looking for holiday packages. Understand their requirements, offer the best travel deals, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Inbound Voice Process
• Understand customer preferences & design customized holiday packages
• Provide competitive pricing, offers & destination guidance
• Convert inquiries into bookings through strong closing skills
• Upsell add-ons (hotels, upgrades, activities)
• Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue & KPIs
• Maintain CRM updates & customer follow-ups

Eligibility:

• 1+ year experience in International Voice Sales (UK)
• Strong in Inbound Sales, Upselling, Objection Handling & Closing
• Excellent English communication skills
• Target-driven & revenue-focused mindset
• Comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs
