International Sales Closer Australian Solar & Battery Process

Som’s Energy is hiring experienced International Sales Executives / Sales Closers for the Australian Solar & Battery process.

We are looking for candidates with strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling and sales closing skills. Candidates with previous Australian process, Solar, Battery, Energy, Telecom or International BPO Sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian customers.
• Sell Solar PV, Battery Storage and Energy Solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain quotations, pricing, rebates and finance options.
• Follow up with leads and quotations.
• Handle objections and negotiate deals.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and secure deposits.
• Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• International Sales / BPO Sales experience preferred.
• Australian process experience is highly preferred.
• Solar & Battery sales experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing ability.
• Target-driven and confident in handling customers independently.
