Role: International Sales Process - 1 to 2 years Experience

We are looking for professionals with min 6 months experience in International Voice to join our Hyderabad location.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Min 6 months International Voice experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible to apply.
• Graduation not required; 10+2 can apply.
• Comfortable working from office
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Comfortable with rotational week-offs
• Must reside within 25 km of the office location (Lanco Hills, Manikonda)

Role Specifications

• Handle customer interactions through voice channels.
• Assist customers with queries related to product, orders, payment, logistics, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer support environment.
