Walk-in || International Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Explain the company's services and offerings clearly and effectively.
• Follow up with interested customers and leads.
• Maintain accurate call records and update customer data regularly.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, positive, and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be preferred.
