Walk-in || International Patient Services

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete treatment journey of international patients from admission to discharge.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and their families.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, admissions, surgeries, and follow-up consultations.
• Liaise with consultants, nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Assist in preparing treatment plans, cost estimates, medical reports, and discharge documentation.
• Coordinate visa invitation letters, travel assistance, accommodation, and airport transfers, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
• Address patient queries and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Support international patient marketing initiatives and coordinate with referral agencies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and international patient care protocols.
• Prepare departmental reports, MIS, and patient feedback reports.
• Assist the Hospital Management team in operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS (Foreign Medical Graduate FMG) / MBA in Hospital Management.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in hospital administration, patient relations, or international patient services.
• Experience in a multispecialty hospital will be an added advantage.

• Interest in hospital operations and healthcare management.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an added advantage.
