Job Title: Customer Support Associate Non-Voice

Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: 18,000 22,000 in-hand per month

Experience: Freshers / 12 years of experience

Qualification: Graduate

Working Days: 5 days a week

Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday fixed

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Employment Type: 6-month contract, extendable based on performance

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through email communication.

* Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.

* Maintain proper documentation and follow process guidelines.

* Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.

* Meet performance and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.

* Freshers are welcome.

* Good written English communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and working from the office.
