International Non-Voice Process Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring candidates for an International Non-Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in a non-voice process and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email/chat and other non-voice channels.
  
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
  
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity.
  
• Understand customer requirements and communicate professionally.
  
• Maintain proper records and update information in the system.
  
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
  
• Meet daily/weekly performance and turnaround-time targets.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of non-voice process experience.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong English communication and email-writing skills.
  
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Comfortable working with computers and basic MS Office/CRM tools.
  
• Experience in International BPO / Email Support / Chat Support is preferred.
  
• Willingness to work in rotational/international shifts.
