Role & responsibilities

Full Circle BPO is looking for confident and motivated telecallers with excellent English communication skills to join our Australian fundraising process at Madhavaram, Chennai.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Good customer-handling, listening and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working from our Madhavaram office.
