Walk-in || Intern- Talent Acquisition

Location: Ahmedabad (HO)

Stipend: 10,000 Per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the TA team in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per hiring requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Help with bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail while handling candidate data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
