Trims Requirement

Experience : 2 to 10 years

Preferred Experience : Interior and Exterior Plastic trims [4-Wheelers]

Skills : CATIA V5, PLM Tools (Teamcenter, Enovia)

Job Description:

• Able to work on end-to-end design & development lifecycle for plastic trim components.
• Analyze styling inputs and finalize concepts .To Perform detailed checks related to regulations.
• Good knowledge in plastic defects along with Tooling conditions.
• Validate packaging feasibility with environment parts , ensure technical signoff, BOMs, complexity matrices and manage RFQ packages.
• Able to work Teamcenter and Enovia for BOM, ECR/ECO release, and documentation.
• Exposure risk matrices, fishbone diagrams, and mitigation plans with clarity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership.
