Walk-in || Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

Own the customer, own the sale, protect the margin, coordinate the execution, and deliver the result.

This role is responsible not only for generating sales, but also for ensuring that every sale contributes positively to Rightwood's customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years experience in furniture sales / retail / interior industry
• Strong sales, negotiation & customer relationship skills
• Experience in team handling & floor management
• Good understanding of furniture products, pricing & margins
• Proactive, responsible and target-oriented
• Good communication and professional behaviour
• Ability to take quick decisions and ownership
• Basic CRM, reporting & follow-up discipline
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow with Rightwood.
