HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL CHAT PROCESS

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused International Chat Process Executive to handle customer queries through online chat platforms. The candidate will provide prompt and accurate responses, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain professional communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via live chat& Dual chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets.

NOTE : *Freshers and candidates from Healthcare, Content Moderation, or Domestic processes are not eligible for this role.

Required Skills

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools/CRM software.
• Ability to work in night shifts or night rotational shifts.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• Experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Chat Process.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
