About this role
Int CAD packaging
- Perform 3D packaging studies, integration, and clearance analysis for EE modules, sensors, controllers.
- Design mounting brackets, plastic channel in CATIA V5
- Knowledge of 4D manufacturing (DFM), documentation readiness and assembly feasibility.
- Create and manage production-ready 2D drawings, application of GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Structure Bills of Materials (BOM), assign part numbers, and handle data release, revisions, and baselines in PLM platforms
- DMU issue closure
- Information fitment drawing creation
- ECU Software release activity
- EMI & EMC knowledge
