Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring candidates for the Insurance Voice Process. Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior BPO, US Healthcare, or US Health Insurance experience will have an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and provide accurate, professional support.
• Assist customers with insurance-related queries, policy information, and service requests.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions within the defined timelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies while handling customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update records as required.
• For experienced candidates, leverage relevant BPO, US Healthcare, or US Health Insurance process knowledge to resolve customer queries effectively.
• Meet defined performance, productivity, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10+2 pass certificate is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills; minimum CEFR B2 speaking proficiency.
• Freshers: Eligible to apply.
• Experience: Prior BPO experience is preferred.
• Insurance Experience: An added advantage.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
