Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification 12th & Graduation.
• Experience in Tele Sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.

1. Salary: Up to 30k CTC + Variables
2. Language: English & Telugu both.
3. Age Limit: Max. 30

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of insurance policies and sell insurance products and services to potential clients.
• Meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to insurance sales.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.
