We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Person to join our team at PagarBook.

PagarBook aims to help small and medium-sized businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and manage their workforce more effectively through digital solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain PagarBook's attendance, payroll, and employee management software.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads, Give product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain customer information and sales activity in the CRM.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, or presales is preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills. in Hindi & English
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Willingness to attend an in-person interview in Bengaluru.
