Connect with prospective customers and understand their holiday preferences and travel requirements.

• Recommend suitable cruise packages, holiday experiences, and value-added offerings.
• Convert customer enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, overcome objections, and drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up with prospective customers to maximize booking opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Telecalling Sales.
• Candidates with excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Individuals with a strong customer-handling approach and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Candidates from Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, E-commerce, Insurance, Retail Sales, or other sales-driven industries are welcome.
• Freshers without relevant sales experience are not eligible.
