Walk-in || Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.

Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.

Maintain and update customer database and sales records.

Support field sales team with documentation and follow-ups.

Prepare sales reports, MIS, and marketing materials.

Assist in digital marketing, email campaigns, and lead generation.

Communicate with clients for payments and feedback.

Ensure smooth after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Marathi preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
• Confident in cold calling and customer interaction.
• Familiar with online B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Attention to detail and strong data organization skills.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred
