Walk-in || Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle leads generated through Instagram, digital marketing and other marketing channels. The role involves speaking with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products and services, following up with leads and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads received through Instagram, digital marketing and other marketing channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

• Promote and sell EV conversion solutions for two-wheelers.

• Explain available services, features, pricing and benefits clearly to customers.

• Handle sales of other relevant mobility products offered by the company.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.

• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Build good customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Conversion Sales.

• Kannada and Hindi communication is mandatory.

• Manageable English communication is required.

• Good convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

• Experience handling digital or marketing-generated leads will be an added advantage.

• Candidates from EV, automobile, mobility, retail or related sales backgrounds are preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be confident in handling sales conversations, comfortable with calling and follow-ups, and able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
