Walk-in || Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact and engage with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Conduct effective sales pitches and drive conversions.
• Follow up with leads and ensure smooth enrolment.
• Maintain accurate lead and conversation details in CRM.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Strong objection-handling and sales skills.
