About the Role

Eco Roll Forming Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support business growth through lead generation, customer coordination, follow-ups, and sales conversion activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience in handling B2B sales processes within the manufacturing or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with prospective customers regarding product requirements, quotations, and order status.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for business conversion.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
• Support the sales team in business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales/B2B Sales.
• Preference for candidates from Manufacturing, Canopy, Roofing, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM handling.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
