Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for connecting with leads, pitching Speedioos offerings, and converting them into sales. This is a pure sales role focused on conversions and revenue generation, with no involvement in customer support or service.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioos offerings
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions
• Drive end-to-end sales conversion from lead to closure
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
• Follow up consistently with leads to improve conversion rates
• Continuously improve sales pitch and product understanding

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

• Hindi
• English
• Marathi

Preferred Background

• Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, E-commerce, Telecom, or Automobile industry
