We are hiring 3 enthusiastic Female Inside Sales Executives.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries
• Sell IT Hardware, Software & IT Services
• Prepare Quotations
• Respond to RFQs & Tender/Bid enquiries
• Customer follow-up
• Tele-calling existing & prospective customers
• Attend to walk-in retail customers
• Develop relationships with Corporate, MNC, SME & MSME clients
• Coordinate with technical & service teams
• Maintain customer database in Excel/CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

Female Candidate

1 to 5 years of experience in IT Product Sales

Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware, Networking & IT Products & Services

Excellent communication skills

Pleasing personality

Confident on the phone as well as face-to-face

Strong customer relationship skills

Good negotiation ability

Good command over MS Word & MS Excel

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Able to work independently
