**Job Description:**

We are looking for a proactive and organized **Backend Sales Coordinator** to assist the sales team with enquiries, quotations, order processing, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.

* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.

* Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

* Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/ERP.

* Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams.

* Track pending enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.

* Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.

* Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.

**Requirements:**

* 0-3 years of experience in **Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Backend Sales / Customer Support**.

* Good communication skills in **English and Hindi**.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Candidates from **PEB / Steel / Panels / Construction / Building Materials / Manufacturing** industries will be preferred.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
