Walk-in || Inside Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Own product sales from enquiry to confirmed order across website, phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and partner referrals.
• Understand residential requirements, explain EARTHYs integrated hydration systems and conduct demonstrations.
• Prepare approved quotations, address objections and follow purchase decisions through to closure.
• Reactivate undecided enquiries and generate referrals—not depend only on fresh inbound leads.
• Maintain CRM records, next actions and sales forecasts. Coordinate clear handovers to installation, service and finance.
• Oversee Experience Centre readiness, appointments, displays, housekeeping and Water Bar coordination.

Primary accountability is sales, conversion and follow-through. Experience Centre oversight is an additional responsibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2–7 years of hands-on product sales in kitchens, built-in appliances, furniture, bathroom fittings, lighting or related home categories.
• Demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into orders—not only qualify leads or supervise a team.
• Clear communication with homeowners, architects and partners. Explains accurately, listens carefully and protects approved pricing.
• Disciplined in quotations, CRM and follow-up; able to work independently.
• Available to work full-time from the EARTHY Experience Centre in Bengaluru.
