Industrial Automation Engineer(PLC+HMI) - Job Profile

A Industrial Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems that control machines and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC systems using platforms such as:
• Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal)
• DELTA
• Mitsubishi
• Omron...ETC
• Design and develop automation control logic using:
• Ladder Logic (LD)
• Function Block Diagram (FBD)
• Structured Text (ST)
• Configure and integrate:
• HMI (Human Machine Interface)
• SCADA systems
• VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
• Servo drives and motors
• Sensors, actuators, and field instruments
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware, software, communication networks, and control systems.
• Create electrical control schematics and automation documentation.
• Implement industrial communication protocols such as:
• Modbus TCP/RTU
• Profibus
• Profinet
• Ethernet/IP
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams.
