Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing and maintaining databases by accurately inputting, updating, and verifying critical business information. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and has a passion for maintaining flawless records.

Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Accurately input text-based and numerical information from source documents into company databases or spreadsheets.
• Verification: Review source documents for accuracy and correct any errors prior to data entry to ensure data integrity.
• Record Management: Organize, update, and manage digital and physical files to allow for easy retrieval.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly cross-check data to resolve discrepancies and ensure information is consistent across departments.
• Report Generation: Compile and format data to prepare routine reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Data Security: Follow all company data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive business and customer information.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Freshers
• Night shift is mandatory.
• Proficient in data entry
• Strong customer service/communication skills
• High typing speed (typically 40+words per minute) with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict processing deadlines.
