Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in domestic IT staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.
• Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and ensure successful candidate joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.

Required Skills

• Experience in domestic IT staffing and technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
