Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment activities. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in HR and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, timings, and process updates.
• Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update interview schedules and candidate trackers.
• Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring activities.
• Coordinate interview slots and ensure timely communication.
• Support the team with candidate follow-ups and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in HR/Recruitment.
