Walk-in Drive - International Voice Process - 3 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• 0-2yrs who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
• Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate
• Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
• Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Salary and other details

Fresher - 23k In hand

Experience - Up to 28k

2 ways cabs provided

Must be flexible to work in any shifts
