Customer Service Executive Inbound Voice Process

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant customer service experience.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
