Walk-in || Hvac Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues in VRF systems, Centralized Units.
• System Repairs & Overhauls: Replace defective compressors, motors, valves, and electronic control boards.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, train, and provide technical direction to junior technicians and apprentices.
• Preventive Maintenance: Oversee scheduled inspections, filter replacements, coil cleanings, and system calibrations to maximize energy efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work adheres to OSHA guidelines, local building codes, and environmental regulations regarding refrigerants.
