Job Summary:
We are looking for an HVAC Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in commercial interior design and fit-out projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HVAC system design, heat load calculations, ventilation planning, BOQ preparation, and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare HVAC layouts, duct layouts, and piping drawings using AutoCAD.
- Perform heat load and cooling load calculations.
- Design fresh air, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Prepare HVAC BOQ, quantity take-offs, material estimates, and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, MEP Engineers, Site Engineers, and contractors.
- Review site conditions and resolve HVAC design and execution issues.
- Select suitable HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and VRF/VRV systems.
Required Skills:
- HVAC design and commercial fit-out experience.
- Heat load calculations and ventilation design.
- HVAC BOQ and estimation.
- AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of duct sizing, air distribution, and HVAC equipment.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in commercial office interiors, retail spaces, corporate offices, and turnkey fit-out projects.
