Walk-in || Human Resource Recruitment Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and non-BPO positions.
• Handle bulk hiring and achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, document verification, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment MIS, and daily hiring reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely joining and maintain proper candidate follow-up.
• Handle walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns when required.
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under recruitment deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment MIS, and basic HR processes.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
