Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
• Handle salary discussions, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
