Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter proficient in Hindi and English, with experience in bulk hiring for telecalling, telesales, and telecollection profiles. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, and onboarding Hindi- and English-speaking candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment for telecalling, telesales, and telecollection roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Job Hai, referrals, consultants, and other hiring channels.
• Screen candidates for Hindi and English communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with shortlisted candidates, and ensure timely joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and pipeline updates.
• Achieve daily interview, walk-in, and monthly joining targets.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline to meet high-volume hiring requirements.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for BPO, telecalling, telesales, or telecollection roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and tight deadlines.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
