Walk-in || Human Resource Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  
• Conduct phone screens and shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility criteria.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes including bulk hiring and staffing.
  
• Excellent coordination skills for scheduling interviews and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Ability to source high-quality candidates through effective screening techniques (phone/video) interviews.
