Walk-in || Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer discussions.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
