Role & responsibilities

Requirement Take manpower requisitions from department heads; finalise JD, CTC band, and joining date.Sourcing Post on Naukri/LinkedIn/Apna, work referrals and consultants, maintain candidate database.Screening Telephonic/video screening, schedule interview rounds, maintain candidate tracker, share feedback.Offer & closure – Prepare fitment sheet, roll out offers, negotiate, stay in touch till joining, keep backups ready.Onboarding – Verify documents, background checks, appointment letter, induction, PF/ESIC formalities.Reporting – Weekly hiring status, recruitment MIS, cost per hire, audit-ready personnel files.Retention support – 30/90-day follow-ups with new joinees, flag exit-interview patterns.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

2–5 years in end-to-end recruitment and exit formalities.Experience hiring for sales, operations, warehouse, and technical/QC roles preferredBackground in B2B trading, distribution, food ingredients, pharma, or manufacturing setup is a plus

Technical skills

Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna/WorkIndia and Boolean searchStrong Excel/Google Sheets — trackers, pivot tables, basic MISWorking knowledge of ATS/HRMS toolsBasic understanding of PF, ESIC, and offer/appointment documentation

Behavioural traits

Excellent spoken and written Hindi and EnglishPersuasive on calls; able to close candidates and handle counter-offersOrganised and follow-up driven — chases candidates through the notice periodDiscreet with salary and personal dataComfortable working to weekly closure targets

Other

Willing to travel occasionally between Agra, Delhi, and Mumbai locations for interviews or campus/job fairsImmediate to 30-day joiners preferred
