Job Description

We are hiring experienced HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals to join our recruitment team.

Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within agreed timelines.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment.

• Candidates with experience in BPO / Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.

• Ability to work with targets and meet hiring timelines.
