Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication.
• Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (bulk hiring, campus hiring).
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market demands.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients/hiring managers.
