Walk-in || Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter with 14 years of experience in IT, Non-IT, and Bulk Hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requirements and hiring targets simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment across different levels and functions.
• Drive bulk hiring for high-volume requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles.
• Achieve defined daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT, Non-IT, and/or Bulk Hiring.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.

Preferred

• Experience in handling high-volume/bulk recruitment drives.
• Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Experience with immediate joiners and short turnaround hiring.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
