Walk-in || Human Resource Recruiter

Job description :

• Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate salary and support offer closure.
• Complete pre-employment documentation and coordinate the joining process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate and timely MIS updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand recruitment priorities and closure timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround times.
