Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented HR Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. Candidates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
• Hindi speaking is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
• No prior recruitment experience required Training will be provided.
