Remuneration For Freshers in Recruitment Every Selected Candidate would be on probation for three months on below given Structure - Total CTC ( First Three months of Probation ) 17 CTC - 13540 ( Fixed ) +1000 attendance allowance + 1000 Retention Bonus + 4000

For Experienced Candidates in BPO Recruitment ( Minimum 1 + year ) 21CTC - 15000 Fixed + 6 Variables
