Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, assess profiles, and conduct preliminary HR interview rounds.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
• Negotiate salary offers and handle candidate discussions effectively.
• Apply basic knowledge of compensation structures and salary processing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of core recruiting experience.
• Hands-on expertise using Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes.
