Walk-in || Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers using MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
