Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have strongcommunication skills, a good understanding of hiring strategies, and the ability to build strongrelationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, referrals,

and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely

hiring.

• Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(preferred).

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
