Job Description:

Teleperformance is looking for dynamic, target-driven HR Recruiters with strong sourcing skills and experience in bulk hiring. Candidates should have excellent recruitment knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to close hiring batches within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for multiple requirements.

- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other job portals.

- Use Boolean search techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates.

- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

- Coordinate effectively with Operations Managers and other stakeholders.

- Drive recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of hiring batches.

- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and follow up regularly to minimize dropouts.

- Track daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining numbers.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri and other job portals.

- Hands-on experience with Boolean search.

- Experience in bulk hiring and target-based recruitment.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

- Proactive attitude and strong ownership of hiring targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Graduates with relevant recruitment experience.

- Candidates who can manage multiple requirements and deliver results within deadlines.
