JD: HR Recruiter BFSI Hiring (EndtoEnd Sourcing)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with strong experience in BFSI hiring, capable of managing complete recruitment cycles for roles across Retail, Wholesale, Spectrum, Branch Banking, CASA, and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for BFSI roles through portals, networks, and referrals.
• Manage endtoend hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and feedback followups.
• Handle walkin drives, bulk hiring, and cluster recruitment events.
• Maintain daily sourcing reports, pipelines, and candidate documentation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality profiles.

Requirements:

• 26 years of BFSI recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Strong sourcing skills for CASA, CA, SO, RM, Branch Ops, and other banking roles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver highvolume hiring targets.
